कर्नाटक में स्कूल पहुंचने के बाद छात्रा से गेट पर उतरवाया गया हिजाब

पिछले सप्ताह हाईकोर्ट ने अंतरिम आदेश में कहा था कि शैक्षणिक संस्थान फिर से खुल सकते हैं, लेकिन धर्म से जुड़े परिधानों की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी.

बता दें कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा पिछले हफ्ते शांति और सद्भाव बनाए रखने के उद्देश्य से बंद किए गए स्कूल और कॉलेज को कोर्ट ने खोलने का आदेश दिया था. साथ ही ये भी कहा था कि हिजाब सहित किसी भी धार्मिक कपड़ों को पहनने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी.
